Over the past several years the following programs have
been developed for the Greely Players. They are
now available to other theatre organizations at
www.tktassistant.com . These
tools are now used by many theatrical organizations in Canada, the United
States, and world-wide.
TicketAssistant
This program manages ticket sales for Reserved Seating
events.
Features include:
- Flexible seating plans, including cabaret-style seating
(tables) and auditorium seating.
- Full tracking of ticket orders and seating assignments.
- Reports summarizing sales by show and seating types.
- Full on-line ticket ordering and seating assignment and payment via Paypal.
- Automated email order confirmations.
- Easy-to-use seat assignment via a point-and-click
graphical display.
- Design and print tickets using a standard
printer - batched or on-demand.
- Multi-user shared data via local LAN or web-server.
